Orvis Guide Sling Pack

It’s not made just for guides. The improved Orvis guide Sling pack is a larger more versatile version of the original Sling pack. Orvis Guide Sling Pack provides a multifunctional, 100% recycled ECO CORDURA platform designed to store and organize, offering easy, intuitive accessibility. With 18 liters of capacity and innovative new features, the Guide Sling can carry multiple large fly boxes, packable rain gear, water, and all the tools and accessories needed for a full day or even days on the water.

New features include the Tippet Whippet recessed docking station with a tippet bar included for an instant, fixed, and fumble-free access for up to six spools. Integrated net storage stores the net handle securely between the pack and the body for instant access.

The large main body storage pocket has an internal stowaway panel that doubles as a workstation with vise mounting points for convenient on-stream fly-tying. An external zippered stash pocket is ideal for small items such as leader wallet and tippet spools. A molded foam back panel with airflow channels provides comfort and ventilation even when fully loaded. Elastic side compression straps cinch down to stabilize loads.

Duraflex plastic hardware is super tough and corrosion resistant. Tapered design allows freedom of movement and won’t catch on branches or brush. The adjustable sternum strap provides stability and a custom fit. Padded grab handle for easy carrying. The main body is constructed of 5.5-oz 630-denier 100% recycled ECO CORDURA nylon with a waterproof polyurethane coating; all other panels are 3-oz 200-denier 100% recycled ECO CORDURA nylon with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish. Both fabrics are bluesign approved.
