The NEW Redington Butter Stick has been completely redesigned for 20232– it’s also fun and functional. This fiberglass rod series is as much fun to cast as any newer broom stick fast action rod. This is the fly rod of our grandfathers and fathers, but with a more modern touch. Whether you’re fishing for trout, bass, or another type of fish, the Butter Stick will help you deliver your flies accurately and delicately. These are truly amazing dry fly rods! And this season, we’ve introduced a brand new Translucent Sunshine Yellow blank that looks as amazing as it feels in your hand. Our T-glass construction improves overall rod strength and our Heritage Design provides a classic medium action casting stroke. We affectionately refer to these as “Old School Creeking Rods”.
